Misprint Sheet Cleaning Machine
Many customers around the world are cost effective in trying to save misprinted sheets by hand cleaning beside the printing line, however, this is often messy as cleaning cloths and solvent / kerosene are required and requires a dedicated space next to each line.
By using the misprint sheet cleaning machine, centrally located to the printing press area, wet sheets are hand fed onto the motorised conveyor at one end, the sheets first pass through a number of top and bottom cleaning rollers before passing into the 2nd stage of rinsing and drying rollers so that a completely clean and dry sheet is discharged at the end.
The machine is capable of cleaning approximately 6-8 sheets per minute.
